Have a good look at the picture and observe what you think might be the reason why one of those items might be redundant. It can be anything. I’m not going to tell you a whole lot more about what you should pay a main focus on as this way I would just very easily destroyed all the fun with this puzzle haha. To most people, I would say that it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes and 10 minutes should be like the real maximum. However, everyone is different and in fact, if it takes you longer it doesn’t mean you’re slower, in many cases it just means you think in different way than others.
